The Housing Continuum Grant invests $75,000 in collaborative, forward-thinking housing solutions. Because aligned resources go further than any one investment alone, this grant is built around shared commitment from the start.
How it works: This is a yearly grant that requires a 50% cash match from all recipients (cash only, no in-kind contributions). That requirement is intentional: when partners invest together, solutions are more likely to stick.
By pooling resources and aligning efforts, the grant stretches funding further, strengthens cross-organization collaboration, and supports the kind of sustained work that housing challenges actually demand.
